SARALWEB contains following folders
Attendance This folder is used to mark or
edit attendance of employees when accessed through admin account. It
is available in employee account also, and is used to show
respective employees' attendance and to request attendance editsBulk Upload This folder is used when admin
wishes to upload bulk data in SARALWEB account. It is not available
in employee accounts.Departments This folder is used to define
the departments within the organisation, and like bulk folders is
only available for the admin. The departments defined in this
folders are automatically available for selections in other folders
within the organisation.Designations Similar to Departments
Folder, this folder is used to define the designations within the
organisation, and is only available for the admin. The designations
defined in this folders are available as selections in other folders
within the organisation.Duty Chart This folder is used to define
the weekly allocation of employees at the respective work locations.
You can define the allocation type, site of work, shift and
department for the employees. Please note that the attendance of
employees will be verified according to the duty chart only.Employees This folder is used to add
employees to the organisation, through admin account. It is
available in employee account also but only shows the respective
employees' details and is created automatically.Groups This folder is used to define the
categories, that an organisation may define and use, to provide mass
permissions to the employee. When an employee is added to a group
then, all the groups permissions are applicable to the respective
employee.This folder is also available only in admin account.Holidays This folder, in admin account, is
used to define the applicable holidays within the organisation and
in employee account shows the list of holidays in the year that
would be applicable for the employee, based upon their site.Leave Types Similar to Holidays folder, this
folder is also a policy defining folder and is used to define the
type of leaves allowed in the organisation.Leaves This folder is available for both admin
and employee account. The purpose of this folder is to be used as a
dashboard for leaves, application of leaves by employees and
approval or rejection of leaves through admin account. When used in
employee it is used for applying leaves and to know the remaining
leaves status for the respective employee.Payroll Adjustments This folder
is used to record the payroll adjustments of employees. The
deductions as well as earnings are defined separately within the
folder and are then adjusted in monthly payslips automatically. It
too is available only in admin account.Payslips This folder lists down all the
generated payslips of all the employee for the admin, in admin
account.Reports This folder can be used by admin to
access available compliance and statutory reportsSalary Structure Another policy
defining folder that is used when admin wishes to define the salary
structure for a group of employees, defined in groups folder, at
once. The employees might be grouped on various properties such as
designation, location and department. The defined salary structure
are applied on the employees in the defined group unless a separate
salary structure is defined for the respective employee.Shifts This folder is also a policy defining
folder, used to define the applicable shifts in the organisation.Sites Similar to Shifts folder, this folder is
used to define the work sites within the organisation, is only
available for the admin . The sites defined in this folder are
applicable for whole organisation and thus are available as pick up
in all other folders in the account.
Please note, based upon your requirements and solution being offered,
some of the folders might not be visible in your account.
