Partner
The organisation works with various contractors and customers and they are defined into partners folder.To create a partner, please follow the following
- Once you have logged into your SARALWEB admin account, select Partner folder. The folder will open on your screen. Previously created partners will be listed on your screen
- You will see Actions button on the
top left hand side. Click on it and you will find the option of Create Partners
Creating a Partner
Click on Actions and select Create Partners . A create partners tab will open up on your screen
Fill in the following details
Partner Name : Fill in the name of organisation of the partner being created
Address : Fill in the address of the partner organisation's office location
City : Fill in the city in which the partner organisation's office is situated
Partner State : Select the state in which the partner organisation's office is situated using the drop down menu
Partner's Country : Select the country in which the partner organisation's office is situated using the drop down menu
Pin Code : Fill in the pin code of the city in which the partner organisation's office is situated
Authorized Person Name : Name of the authorized person in the partner organisation. You are requested to save the details of contractor's single point of contact.
Authorized person email: email id of the authorized person in the partner organisation.
Authorized person mobile : Mobile number of the authorized person in the partner organisation.
Saralweb Handle : Fill in the SARALWEB Handle of the partner organisation. Please note, that this SARALWEB handle plays a crucial role in data sharing.
Partner Code : Fill in the code for the partner organisation. This is for internal use and you are requested to fill in a unique code for every partner.
Contact No : Fill in the official contact number of the partner organsiation.
Email : Fill in the official email id of the partner organsiation.
Website Address : Fill in the official website address of the partner organsiation.
LIN : Fill in the labour identification number of the partner organisation
Business Incorporation Date : The date of incorporation of the business as per the official documents
Registration Number : Fill in the partner organisation's registration number.
Pan No : Fill in the PAN of the partner organisation.
PF Number : Fill in the Provident Fund Number of the partner organisation
ESIC Number : Fill in the Employee State Insurance Corporation number of the partner organisation
Business Documents : Upload the business documents such as CLRA certificate by following the below mentioned steps
- Click on the icon in front of Business Documents
addDetail Fill in the following details
- Document ID/Detail : Details of the document being uploaded
- Partners Site: Select the site for which the document would be applicable for
- Limit (Workmen Limit): The workmen limit mentioned in the document
- Document Name: Name of the document being uploaded
- Document Valid From: The date from which the document is valid from
- Document Valid Upto: The date till which the document is valid
- Partners Doc Attachment: Upload the document's soft copy, by clicking on select files and selecting the file from your computer.
You may upload more than one document by following the above steps
Bank Details : Fill in the bank details of the partner organisation by following the below mentioned steps
Click on the icon in front of Bank Documents
addDetail - Bank Ac No : Fill in the bank account number of the partner organisation
- Bank Name: Fill in the bank name of the partner organisation
- Bank IFSC Code: Fill in the bank's IFSC code
You may add more than one bank account's details by following the above mentioned steps
Previous Invoice Compliance Requirements: This is a crucial data set for principal employer as it allows the principal employer to accept invoices with conditions of presenting the set of documents listed here. As a principal employer, you can list the required documents and decide the resriction that will be followed, in case the contractor fails to submit it, by following the below mentioned steps
- Partners Document Name: Select the document that you require using the drop down menu
- Partner Restriction Level: Select between Block or Warn option using the drop down menu. The block option will restrict the contractor from further submitting the invoice without the respective document, whereas the warn option will flag the requirement.
Add more than one document by following the above mentioned steps
Partners Applicable Contract Types to Validate Compliance Requirements
- Select Contract Types: Select between Job Attendance Based and Job Based contract using the drop down menu
Policies : Select the applicable policy that will be applicable for the partner
- Click on the icon in front of Policies
addDetail - Partners Policy Name: Select the name of the policy using drop down menu
- Partner Policy Expr: Select the applicablitiy of the respective policy using drop down menu
Once you have filled the information, click on "Create Partner" button on the top right hand corner of the screen. Your partner would be created and listed on partners page.
