This privacy policy outlines how Saralweb (TA Netgables Pvt Ltd) uses and protects the information provided by our users. The users as defined in policy includes:

  • Partners: Organizations using Saralweb's services.
  • Partner Employees: Employees working in Partner organizations.
  • Partner Customers: The customers/ customer organizations of Partner's organizations
  • Partner Suppliers: The third party applications and service providers providing their services to Partner organisation
  • Saralweb Suppliers: The applications and service providers providing their services to Saralweb

1. Privacy First Policy

Saralweb has a firm policy of protecting the confidentiality and security of information collected from its users. Saralweb doesn't sell/lease its user's information to third parties. Information is shared with the consent of users except for the purposes mentioned below in section 12 in accordance with all applicable laws.

2. Policy Coverage

This privacy policy covers Saralweb's treatment of personally identifiable information Saralweb collects when a user uses Saralweb's services. This policy does not apply to entities that Saralweb doesn't own or control, or to the people Saralweb does not employ or manage.

Saralweb limits the collection and use of non public personal information to the minimum, which Saralweb believes is necessary to deliver its services to users.

Saralweb may collect non-public personal information directly from a user's organisation or the user itself. The information collected includes, but may not be restricted to:

4.1) Personal Identification Information

  • Complete name
  • Contact information such as mobile phone number, email id, address and business address
  • Banking information such as wiring information
  • Customer's contact details
  • Mobile Device ID

4.2) Biometric Information

  • Face ID / Facial Recognition Data

4.3) Employment Information

  • Job Title
  • Aadhar details and other essential accounting documents such as PAN card number, EPFO details, ESI details.
  • GST registration number
  • Attendance /Leave Records
  • Sale/Purchase history of Saralweb Products and customer products

4.4) Other Information

  • Sale/Purchase history of Saralweb Products and customer products

5. Use of Information

Saralweb provide Workforce Management services across all functions of the organisation. The collected information is used in order to operate or improve our services. Partners are sole owners of the information collected through the Saralweb services and Saralweb may use the collected information for the following indicative purposes:

  • Service maintenance
  • Internal record keeping, including attendance
  • Email communication: Saralweb generally communicates with users through registered primary email id. Saralweb uses this email address to send following communications:
    • Sending daily/monthly reports
    • Sending mails related to proper functioning of user's account.
    • Sending occasional announcements about changes in Saralweb's policies.
    • Sending promotional introductions of new services
  • Internal Training of AI models
  • Verification of employee identity

6. Storage and Security

Saralweb implements robust technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

  • Biometric data (e.g. Face ID) is securely encrypted and stored on secure servers.
  • Contact Details are used solely for authorized communication and never shared externally.
  • Access to user data is restricted to authorized HR personnel and system administrators of user's organisation.
  • Saralweb retains user data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

7. Security of Information

Saralweb is committed to ensure that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures are followed.

8. Disclosure required by law

Saralweb may disclose personal information when required by law. The information is disclosed, wherein there is good faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process served on Saralweb or to exercise Saralweb's legal rights or defend against legal claims. Note: Saralweb may update the privacy policy without any prior notice. In case Saralweb or its corporate affiliates, are involved in a merger or acquisition, the information might be shared with other organizations.
