Dashboard

The dashboard delivers important business metrics at a glance. The dashboard provides cost and compliance related information, with under limit data represented in green, overlimit in red and data around warning limits in yellow.

Opening the Dashboard

To open up the dashboard please follow the steps below

  1. Login into your Saralweb account

  2. You will land up on the home page with Business, CRM, HRM and Reports folder

  3. In the top right hand corner you would notice icons.

  4. Click on the first icon (shown in image below) available on top right of the screen.

Please note that Dashboard will present data on the basis of the information selected in the filters.

Available Filters in Dashboard

The dashboard consists of following filters which can help you in getting the minutest detail.

  • Business - As the name suggests the filter represents your business’s name and is auto-filled.

  • Partner - Partner refers to your customer/ vendor . This field is useful is filtering out the data related to specific partner.

    To select a partner, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Partner filter

    2. A drop down list with names of all the available partners will open up

    3. Select the partner you wish to see information for. You can select more than one partner also

    4. Selected partner’s name will appear in the filter, in green color and the dashboard will show information of the selected partner

    5. To select all partners click on “*”

  • Location - The filter is used to show the information related to a specific location. These are the locations where, a contractor you are providing services at or as a principal employer are availing the services of a contractor.

    To select a Location, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Location filter

    2. A drop down list with names of all the available locations will open up

    3. Select the location you wish to see information for. You can select more than one location also

    4. Selected location will appear in the filter, in green color and the dashboard will show information of the selected location

    5. To select all locations click on “*”

  • Cost Centre - A cost-centre refers to a department or section of organisation where the contracted workers provide their services at. If you have allocated workers to cost-centres then the filter helps you in getting information related to respective cost centre.

    To select a Cost-Centre, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Cost-centre filter

    2. A drop down list with names of all the available cost-centre’s will open up

    3. Select the cost-centre you wish to see information for. You can select more than one cost-centre also

    4. Selected cost-centre will appear in the filter, in green color and the dashboard will show information of the selected cost-centre

    5. To select all locations click on “*”

Please note that the sequence of the above filters will vary as per the account type.

  • Metric Type - One of the most crucial filter, it helps you in getting compliance information or cost information.

    To select a Metric, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Metric filter

    2. A drop down with options namely Compliance and Cost will open up

    1. Select the Metric you wish to see information for.

    2. Selected metric’s name will appear in the filter and the dashboard will show information of the selected metric

  • Compliances - Available only if you have selected “Compliance” in metric type, this filter helps you in segregating information related to partner or worker

    To select between partner or worker, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the compliances filter

    2. A drop down with options namely Worker and Partner will open up

    3. Select the option you wish to see information for.

    4. Selected option will appear in the filter, in green color and the dashboard will show information as per selected preference

    5. To select both Worker and Partner click on “*”

  • Metrics - This filter contains the list of all the metrics available in dashboard. You can use the filter to check the information of any respective metric. All the available metrics are explained in the section below

    To select a partner, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Metrics filter

    2. A drop down list with names of all the available metrics will open up

    3. Select the metric you wish to see information for. You can select more than one metric also

    4. Selected metric’s name will appear in the filter, in green color and the dashboard will show information of the selected metric

    5. To select all metrics click on “*”

  • Aggregate Interval - The filter helps you in determinig the time period for which you wish to check the information. Various available options are “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly”, “Quarterly”, ” Calendar Year”, and “Finacial Year”.

    To select the aggregate interval, follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Aggregate Interval filter

    2. A drop down with options will open up

    1. Select the interval as per your preference

    2. Selected interval’s name will appear in the filter and the dashboard will show information in the selected time interval

List of Metrics available in Dashboard

Cost Metrics

The dashboard shows information for the following cost related metrics

  • Total Workers
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total number of workers supplied by the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This shows the total number of workers being supplied to principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total Invoice Amount
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of invoice raised by the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount of invoice raised for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total GST
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of GST paid to the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount of GST charged to the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total Service Charge
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of service charge paid to the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount of service charge charged to the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total PF Amount
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount paid as provident fund, by the contractor, for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount paid as provident fund for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total Employee PF Contribution
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount paid as employee contribution in provident fund, by the contractor, for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount paid as employee contribution in provident fund for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total Employer PF Contribution
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of employer contribution in provident fund, for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount paid as employer contribution in provident fund for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total PF Admin Charges
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of provident fund admin charges, for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount of provident fund admin charges, for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total ESIC Amount
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of ESIC for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount paid of ESIC contribution for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total Employer ESIC Contribution
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of employer contribution in ESIC, for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount paid as employer contribution in ESIC for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Total Employee ESIC Contribution
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total amount of employee contribution in ESIC, for the workers of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractors: This metric displays the total amount paid as employee contribution in ESIC for the workers working for the principal employer selected in the filter.

Compliance Metrics

The dashboard shows information for the following compliance related metrics

  • Continuous Service Warning (exceeding 165 days) -
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total number of workers provided by the selected contractor who are within 15 days of having worked more than 180 days in last 240 days

    • Contractor: This metric displays the total number of workers supplied to the selected principal employer who are within 15 days of having worked more than 180 days in last 240 days

  • Continuous Service Alert (exceeding 180 days)
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers, supplied by the contractor selected in the filter, who have worked for more than 180 days in last 240 days

    • Contractor: This metric represents the total number of workers, supplied to the principal employer selected in the filter, who have worked for more than 180 days in last 240 days

  • Working Days Warning
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the total number of workers, supplied by the contractor selected in the filter who are within 3 days of exceeding monthly working days limit

    • Contractor: This metric displays the total number of workers, supplied to the principal employer selected in the filter, who are within 3 days of exceeding monthly working days limit

  • Working Days Alert
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers who are provided by the contractor selected in the filter and have exceeded monthly working days limit

    • Contract Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers who are provided to the principal employer selected in the filter and have exceeded monthly working days limit

  • Fitness Certificate Expiry Warning
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers provided by the contractor selected in the filter whose fitness certificate will expire in next 15 days.

    • Contractor: This metric represents the total number of workers provided to the principal employer selected in the filter whose fitness certificate will expire in next 15 days.

  • Fitness Certificate Expiry Alert
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers provided by the contractor selected in the filter whose fitness certificate has expired

    • Contractor: This metric represents the total number of workers provided to the principal employer selected in the filter whose fitness certificate has expired

  • Contracts with CLRA expiry days less than 15
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the number of contracts for which the contractor’s uploaded license issued under Contract Labour Reguation and Abolition (CLRA) Act is about to expire in less than 15 days.

    • Contractor: This metric displays the number of contracts for which the uploaded license issued under Contract Labour Reguation and Abolition (CLRA) Act is about to expire in less than 15 days.

  • Number of days CLRA licensed capacity exceeded
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the number days that the contract with the contractor selected in the filter has exceeded after expiration of CLRA license.

    • Contractor: This metric displays the number days that the contract with the contractor selected in the filter has exceeded after expiration of CLRA license.

  • Days To WC Policy Expiry
    • Principal Employer: This metric displays the number of days left in workmen compensation license expiry of the contractor selected in the filter.

    • Contractor: This metric displays the number of days left in the expiry of the workmen compensation licesne uploaded for the principal employer selected in the filter.

  • Num To Exceed WC Policy Capacity
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the number of workers that can be added before the limit under workmen compensation license of the contractor selected in the filter exceeds.

    • Contractor: This metric represents the number of workers that can be added before the limit under workmen compensation license uploaded for the principal employer selected in the filter exceeds.

  • OT Quarterly Limit Warning
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers provided by the contractor selected in the filter and are within 5 hours of exceeding quarterly overtime working limit

    • Contractor: This metric represents the total number of workers provided to the principal employer selected in the filter and are within 5 hours of exceeding quarterly overtime working limit

  • OT Quarterly Limit Alert
    • Principal Employer: This metric represents the total number of workers, provided by the contractor selected in the filter, who have exceeded quarterly overtime hours limit

    • Contractor: This metric represents the total number of workers, provided to the principal employer selected in the filter, who have exceeded quarterly overtime hours limit
